About me
Rhodora Palomar-Fresnedi is Founder, President & CEO of Sunshine Farm Philippines, a venture she started to provide full time jobs and livelihood opportunities for Persons with Disability (PWDs). She has been a committed advocate of global diversity and inclusion.
She brings the passion and innovation in her approaches in every phase of her career, from leading global change in multinational corporations, to now heading her own NGO. She touches on every form of inclusion, from building women leaders, to championing LGBTQI contribution to the workplace, and to enabling PWD employment, including the more difficult challenge of employing Persons with Intellectual Disability (PWID), like Autism and Down Syndrome.
